If you’re looking to experience authentic, downtown Accra, Ghana, then checkout Wayo House. It’s what they call a hidden gem, off the beaten track, but something once you find, you’ll be retracing your steps to, over and over. A little known area, I never would have expected find such fun filled luxury there. Akos and her family were true gems. They checked us in, sourced local products, shared local knowledge and directions, and even got us back from getting lost in the local markets. It’s a personal touch that not everyone offers. Day and night, the roof terrace was an exceptional added bonus, as a sun trap or breathtaking snapshot of Accra by night… My daughter was also a huge fan of the modern décor, open plan layout and extensive amenities. The little touches and choices of fan fixtures and art interiors added to that personal touch and at home feel… Indulge it and enjoy it - alongside the luxury finish of the apartments offered. AC, WiFi, fully equipped kitchens, fab en suite showers, space and more. I cannot get enough or chat enough about it, having stayed for just 2 days, go enjoy, do more! We’ll be back.

This apartment is a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes and a cozy feel. The rooms are well-sized, the kitchen is sleek and functional, and the environment is calm and secure. Overall, it’s a lovely place that truly feels like home.

I recently hosted a prayer sleepover here with friends and had a lovely experience. The space is serene, spacious, and beautifully designed truly a home away from home. It’s in a quiet, secure neighborhood, and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway

Ich war im Januar 2026 auf einem Business-Trip in Accra (Ghana) und habe über meine Schwester das Wayo House gebucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend – wirklich top. Das Apartment selbst war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und genau nach meinem Geschmack: modern, sauber und hochwertig. Besonders positiv fand ich die zusätzlichen Angebote wie das kostenpflichtige In-House-Frühstück oder Abendessen. Die Preise waren absolut fair und das Konzept sehr angenehm. Der Support vor Ort war ebenfalls großartig. Meine Ansprechpartnerin Asabea war jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr professionell. Auch Ralph, der Eigentümer, war stets erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Ich habe direkt meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort gebucht und kann das Wayo House wärmstens empfehlen. Best, Kwame
